After five years of development by our media partner Runwild Media, Address Intelligence has been created to serve a need in the market to profile and target client prospects in a unique way.

Address Intelligence is a custom built database of every residential address in the UK that uses a unique live data sourcing process to analyse your existing customer database and build a full demographic and geographic profile of your ideal target audience. Address Intelligence then identifies properties that match your target audience by current value, tax band, last transaction, tenure, number of bedrooms and by the profile of residents living there.

We then work closely with you to create and distribute a direct mail campaign that has no wastage as every property matches the required profile. Results have been outstanding and this new service is now available to Exclusively Members.
